Acceptable Minor Defects
a). The following minor defects are considered acceptable and do not constitute a defect in the Product:
- 1-2 mm variation in embroidery or stitching
- 1-2 thread/yarn imperfections per 10 cm of fabric
- Slight differences in color shade due to hand-dyeing
b). These minor defects do not affect the overall quality, durability, or functionality of the Product.
Return and Refund Policy
a). We do not accept returns or refunds for Products with minor defects as described above.
b). However, if the Product has a significant defect that affects its quality, durability, or functionality, You may contact Us within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
